My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop. Through self-exploration, children gain self-confidence in my stimulating environment, which includes ample opportunities for outdoor play. As a responsive caregiver, I model positive behavior and teach children how to interact with others as they learn about themselves. I support their learning through play and self-discovery, allowing them to make their own decisions through teacher and child-led activities. Every child is unique, and I offer experiences that promote their growth and development. Using thematic teaching, I keep my teaching and materials open-ended.
I respect family values and beliefs while reflecting and relating to each child's individual needs. I support and respect diversity and treat all children with the same level of respect as I would adults. Every child is valued and loved in my care.

Our team models positive behavior and teaches children how to interact with others and learn about themselves. We strive to involve families and the community in our program to create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home.
